Aside from a steady alternating diet of Wendy’s and Chick-fil-A, a rigorous weekly work out regime, a daily injection of creatine, and being born with a freakish metabolism, there’s one item that often goes over looked but it crucial to the muscle development process. And that’s the perfect workout mix.

Do you really think it’s hard work and protein that excels you from benching 145 lbs to 225 lbs? Not even close. It’s the power of sweet jam pumping through your now eye popping veins, giving you a temporary strength which would allow you to defeat Rambo, Chuck Norris, and Conan all at once.
